Fluke Calibration 6241 and 6242 PPC4E Gas Pressure Controller Kits offer the PPC4E model to handle a wide range of workloads, along with the accessories you need for a complete calibration system. To help prevent contamination of your PPC4E, it comes with a Fluke Calibration SPLT self-scavenging liquid trap that collects moisture from the test line and automatically purges it, preventing errors and protecting your instrument. Quick connect fittings and interconnect hardware and test stations are also provided to mount the pressure device under test. The 6241 and 6242 kits provide the hardware needed for a complete gas calibration system.

The Fluke Calibration PPC4E is the newest member of the PPC family of controllers/calibrators and offers a very wide pressure range at performance levels to handle the most common calibration workloads. A color graphical user interface and advanced features make it easy to calibrate transmitters, transducers, pressure switches, indicators, barometers, analog gauges, and digital gauges.
PPC4E nominal measurement uncertainty is ±0.02% of AutoRanged range. The AutoRange feature allows you to quickly and easily adjust PPC4E performance to suit your needs. Are you wondering whether you should choose a 300 psi or 160 psi calibrator to handle the best workload range? What if you need to calibrate a 200 psi device in the future? There is no problem using PPC4E. Accuracy is determined by the AutoRange range you enter, as long as it is within the turndown range of the device.

- Maximum deviation of the RPT indication from the true value of the applied pressure. These include precision, one-year prediction stability, temperature effects and calibration uncertainty, combined and expanded (k=2) according to the ISO "Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement".
- For AutoRange ranges lower than the minimum AutoRanged range uncertainty, it is equal to the value of the minimum AutoRanged range.
- Gauge uncertainty is expressed as a percentage of AutoRanged range. For example, in model PPC4E 7M, an AutoRanged range of 3 500 kPa has an uncertainty of (0.02%x3,500 kPa)=0.35 kPa.
- The absolute uncertainty is the sum of the percentage of AutoRanged range plus a constant representing zero drift. For example, a PPC4EX 100K model with an AutoRanged range of 80 kPa would have an uncertainty of (0.02%x80kPa+0.014kPa)=0.03kPa.
Onboard barometer
The onboard barometer is used only to measure changes in atmospheric pressure, providing dynamic compensation for atmospheric pressure offset from absolute RPT in gauge measurement mode on PPC4E models except PPC4E 15k.
